Does the assistant diagnose or prescribe treatment?
Not at all. The doctor decides the diagnosis, treatment, and doses; the assistant only organizes and words what you wrote, and alerts you if a dose or duration is missing.
Is patient data safe?
The patient's name and age on prescriptions and certificates are never sent to the assistant — they're added on your device at print time. And your conversations are visible only to you.
Can I print prescriptions on my clinic letterhead?
Yes. Enter your clinic details once, and prescriptions and certificates come out on your letterhead — print on A5 or save as PDF.
Where does the chatbot get its answers?
From the information you upload: a Word, PDF, or TXT file with your prices, hours, address, and instructions. It never diagnoses or prescribes, and in any emergency it tells the patient to go to the ER right away. Its messages count toward your monthly message credit.
What is the profile page?
